I Decided to make a mood board for the costume. This includes the type of style that relates to teenager girls as this is our target audience we want our main character to reflect the teenage image due to the dance pop genre being targeted for teenage females. Particular music videos within the same genre display the teenage style, especially as they are mostly female teenagers themselves. The style and costume we want to use in our music video for our main character reflects teenager girls trends, for instance the lipstick, and accessories like handbags and jewellery that we immediately associate with teenager girls. This will allow the audience to notice exactly what genre the video is, but also allow teenagers who watch it to relate and link to fashion as well as the music and teenage scenario that comes through the song, and narrative.
