Consent Form

For our music video, we wanted to do some filming in the Windsor Leisure Centre's playzone. We thought this is a good scene as it is colourful, playful and interesting to watch. These 3 factors match perfectly to our genre. In order to film there we asked the centre manager, Jes Spencer for consent to film. You can see this signed consent form attached.
